Truly…….

Truly, looking beautiful is alright. but feeling beautiful (inside) is much more important. it’s that feeling that makes you look well on the outside. and it’s that same glow that kind of radiates from the inside. it’s not enough that you put and follow beautifying products to the letter. you neither have to read feel-good books nor attend wellness classes.

Reciting simple affirmations are the bomb. affirmations? these are statements that are concise but definitely direct to the point. example: "i am one sexy bitch.", "i am smart.", "i am loved." and by that you recite these over and over again, better if you say it out loud so you can hear it. it’s also important when constructing your affirmation, it has to be positive always. saying "i am not sick" is in the same context as "i am healthy." but since the mind is complex yet simple, it only absorbs the sick part, because it cannot visualize a clear picture of not sick. so use the latter affirmation instead.

visualize. i think that this goes with high importance too. the person yields faster results if he/ she visualizes while reciting the affirmation. have in your mind a clear picture of what you desire most. use your five senses. see it, feel it, smell it, taste it , hear it clearly. this worked for me a lot of times!

know what you want and want it bad enough. being undecided will only confuse your brain. once you know it, focus your energy on that and only that, then bang the doors of heaven. 

accept. this will only speed things up. the more the body and the mind are ready to feel and accept your desire, the faster that desire materializes.

will of God. it is written in the Holy Book, "ask and you shall receive", but then again, so is this "seek ye first the kingdom of God". In everything you ask, ask for God’s will. He still knows what’s best.
